In May of 2013, Prasiti Investments acquired Villa Valencia, a 32-unit apartment complex in Irving, TX.  This project consisted of rehab, repositioning and a significant overhaul of operations.  Our experienced property management team was able to stabilize the asset and implement efficient processes that directly impacted the bottom line.  Overall, NOI increased by 98% in under 2 years!  The property was sold in August 2015, delivering a return on capital of over 100%.
